Earthquake are developing a 29 floor landmark tower with surrounding smaller blocks next to our Camona office. A start date of early 2005 is planned.

On the other side of the Tawe River in the adjoining SA1 development, a number of projects are under way such as the Bellway waterside apartments and ‘J’ Shed loft style apartments. Two other riverside developments are planned by Quest and Westbury. Two further developments are planned in the city centre by Anton with other builder/developers following suite.
